Work for a market leader in its specialised sector of the packaging industry. Our client is looking for an experienced HR Officer to work with the HR Manager on a full time basis, working from 9.30 am – 4.00pm Monday - Friday.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and hardworking HR Officer with at least 3 years current HR experience, to provide general HR support to the business and assist in the overall efficient and smooth running of the HR Function. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad spectrum of general HR duties, including HR advice to managers and staff, ensuring current legislation is met, aspects of the recruitment and selection process, building and maintaining good relationships with all staff and management.
The successful candidate will have a key interest in HR and will be able to review and update policies and procedures in line with Employment Legislation. They will also be approachable, reliable, organised, enthusiastic and efficient with excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible attitude to work.
The successful candidate will have good IT skills and be able to demonstrate their previous experience of Microsoft packages.
