Our exclusive client based in Nelson are looking for 1 x Internal sales administrator to join their vibrant and friendly team on a temporary basis.

This position will require the successful candidates to communicate with both internal and external clients, so strong customer service and communication skills are essential. The client requires a forward thinker, driven individual who can manage their own workload.

This company deals with an abundance of engineering companies, so you will need to converse with these and external customers. Your duties will include placing orders, chasing deliveries, ringing current customers, updating orders and upselling where there is chance. Someone that is a forward thinker – looking for customers that haven’t bought in a while and re introducing the company and its products

Job Description:

· Post brochures when requested

· Print orders

· Log complaints

· Take On-line orders over the phone for customers

· Complete customer requirements for booking in deliveries

· Despatch Notes

· Reception duties meeting and greeting (covering)


· Experience in a similar role

· Ability to manage own workload
