COMMITMENT to a workplace strategy of developing “home-grown” talent has put another member of the Recruit Right team on track for a demanding new job role.
RECRUIT Right has taken up a vital role in supporting the development and growth of the region’s economy, placing a major focus on getting local people into work.
ADVERSITY employers face to fill vital low-skilled jobs are not only confined to the possible UK exit from the EU – there’s the added dilemma, according to Recruit Right Director Helen Cornah, of restrictions on them taking on young people who feel they are work-ready.
“Brexit and its impact on freedom of movement,” says Helen, “is of huge concern to the region’s companies. Many organisations are proud to have a very diverse workforce, employing both British and European workers in areas such as food processing and driving.”
RECRUIT Right and call centre staff from The Contact Company in Birkenhead joined in the fun of Red Nose Day to help boost vital funds for Comic Relief.
BOOSTING the skills and employability of a local labour force is at the centre of a bold move by the Recruit Right operation to move to a new Birkenhead town centre location.
