With over 25 years in the recruitment industry, my journey has been diverse and rewarding. While I've recruited across various sectors, my focus has predominantly been on industrial and commercial sectors.
I began my career as a Permanent Consultant but found my niche on the temporary desk, where I thrived in the dynamic environment. Within 2 years, I became Branch Manager, overseeing operations in Merseyside, Cheshire, and North Wales. My success led me to become a Regional Director for a prominent independent company within just 5 years. In this capacity, I managed industrial-based operations, serving both ad hoc companies and large onsite operations. The fluctuating nature of these onsite operations demanded close collaboration with clients to ensure fulfilment success.
I was approached 13 years ago with the opportunity to co-found an industrial and commercial recruitment company. Having previously collaborated with Ben Russell and sharing a passion for these sectors, Recruit Right was born. Since its inception, Recruit Right has grown from strength to strength, now operating across 4 locations with Birkenhead serving as the Head Office, along with branches in Leeds, Liverpool, and Wigan.
