Exciting temporary to permanent opportunities available, APS Customer Service Advisor Inbound
· Working in a friendly call centre environment for a successful financial services provider taking inbound calls
· Customer Service Advisor Inbound should be ready to deliver exceptional customer service on every call
· Handling a variety of customer requests, opening & closing accounts, updating accounts, transferring funds, liaising with other departments and all other general associated administration
· Assisting customers with use of online services, assisting them to them manage their accounts
· Candidates to be ready to take on a great deal of information orientated around financial services
· Candidates will need to pass a DBS check & a credit check, also be able to provide a full employment history for referencing/vetting purposes
· Full flexibility working a 40 hour week, across Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am - 8pm, (working 5 day out of 7)
