An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the Sales Team of a fast paced, customer focused service business.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will be active in the field, with the ability to follow a structured sales procedure supported by a fully automated sales process managed by Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Key Requirements:
•B2B sales experience essential
•Proven track record of growth delivery in revenue and margin
•Ideally industry experience in financial services, lease and hire purchase agreements or photocopier and office equipment sales or media sales
•Sustain a high performance with the strength and desire to over-achieve set targets
•Self-motivated to exceed company targets and support the company’s growth plans
•Proven track record
•Confident and comfortable having conversations with a diverse range of customers across different roles and cultures in person, over the phone or on video calls
Key Skills - Personal Qualities:
•Commercially aware and able to effectively build strong relationships with prospective customers
•Exceptional interpersonal skills
•Ability to communicate at all levels of the business and customers
•Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
•Full Driving Licence required with flexibility for travelling
This is a full-time permanent position covering the Northwest region.
