Our Client runs a small bespoke guest house and also caters for functions. Shifts over the working hours will be around 12 hours per day.The days and hours of work are Thursday to Sunday inclusive. Customers can range from small functions to larger functions.
Duties will include:
Menus
Preparing fresh produce in line with menus
Ordering Stock
Stock Rotation
Speaking to Clients regarding meal choices
Able to raise costings for customers
Covers can be anything from 20 covers to 120 covers Lunchtime & Evening meals
