Customer Service Advisor opportunity to work within a large outsourced contact centre based in Birkenhead. Full time roles available to start immediately working 40 hours per week (weekly pay) overtime available once trained.
Opening hours are Monday - Sunday 8am-10pm

· You will be representing one of the UK's largest online and high street retailer
· As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for inbound customer enquires
· You will need to provide customers with update delivery information
· Handling and resolving customer complaints
· You will be speaking with a vast number of customers on a daily basis
· Listening to customers needs and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
· You will assist customers via inbound calls/live chat and emails
· Strong IT skills required
Temporary to permanent position based on performance

£9.50 per hour (+ overtime once training is completed)
