Our client is currently seeking Customer Service Advisor candidates to work within large, outsourced contact centre based in Birkenhead. Full time roles available to start immediately working 40 hours per week (weekly pay) overtime available once trained.
Opening hours are Monday - Sunday 8am-10pm.
Full training & support provided.
· You will be representing one of the UK's largest online and high street retailer
· As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for inbound customer enquires
· You will need to provide customers with update delivery information
· Handling and resolving customer complaints
· You will be speaking with a vast number of customers on a daily basis
· Listening to customers needs and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
· You will assist customers via inbound calls/live chat and emails
· Computer literacy is essential
This is a long term temporary position with the potential for permanent contracts based on performance.

£9.50 (+ overtime should you want it)
Holiday pay based on accrual.
