Customer Service Agent - Seasonal temporary position
Start date: 10/11/23
Operating hours; Monday - Sunday, between 9am - 10pm
Week 1) 9am - 5pm (working 5 days out of 7)
Week 2) 2pm -10pm (working 5 days out of 7)
Shifts will alternate weekly wk1 earlies/wk2 lates (working 35 hours a week)
£10.42 per hour (paid for the hours you work on a weekly basis)

We are currently seeking candidates to work within a large, outsourced contact centre based in Birkenhead. Previous experience, such as working in a call centre environment, would be beneficial, however not necessary.
You will be responsible for:
Responding to customers queries via phone, live chat and email working on behalf of an online footwear retailer, call centre based
Responsible for all general customer relations and queries i.e. where is my order, returns, faulty products, processing refunds ect
You will be the first point of contact for customers dealing with inbound queries in relation to the customer's accounts and orders
Updating customers notes on the system
Changing/Updating details on their account and sending out any information they may require
What we are looking for:
Previous customer service experience would be beneficial
Excellent communication and organisational skills
IT competent
Flexibility to work early and late shifts
