Temporary to permanent opportunity - Financial Customer Service Advisor
· As a Financial Customer Service Advisor working in a friendly / professional call centre environment
· Working for an internationally recognised financial services group taking inbound calls and responding to customer emails
· Candidates should be ready to deliver exceptional customer service on every call/email
· Fully flexible working a 40 hour week, Monday - Sunday between the hours of 7am - 10pm, working 5 day out of 7 (part time options are available min. 24 hours a week working between Monday - Sunday)
· You will receive full training in order to carry out the role; covering investments, financial services, premium bonds and interest rates as well as data protection
· Candidates are ideally savvy to financial data and information, and be ready to take on a great deal of information orientated around financial services
· Candidates will need to pass a DBS check, credit check and be able to provide a full employment history for referencing/clearance and will need to have been living in the UK for 5 years in order to meet the clients application process
