Recruit Right are recruiting on behalf of their Knowsley Business Park for Temporary & Temporary to Permanent INBOUND Call Centre Staff.

Our client is based on Knowsley Business Park. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner when dealing with both internal and external customers along with the ability to consistently achieve and occasionally exceed all call handling/productivity and personal KPI's, they will also possess excellent keyboard skills.
You must be flexible, be able, and willing to accommodate our client’s opening hours and shift patterns as our opening hours are between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday (Saturday working hours 08:00 until 20:00 and Sunday 09:00 until 17:00). You will be employed on the 7-day rotating shift. You will be allocated 5 shifts out of 7 per week and work 8 hours per day.
The shifts as an example will be:
8:00am-4:00pm
9:00am-5:00pm
10:00am-6:00pm
11:00am-7:00pm
12:00-8:00pm
1:00pm-9:00pm
