Recruit Right are recruiting for Permanent Call Centre Staff ( INBOUND ) for their Knowsley based client. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner when dealing with both internal and external customers along with the ability to consistently achieve and occasionally exceed all call handling/productivity and personal KPI's, they will also possess excellent keyboard skills.
You must be flexible, be able and willing to accommodate our clients’ opening hours and shift patterns as our opening hours are between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday (Saturday working hours 08:00 until 20:00 and Sunday 09:00 until 17:00). You will be employed on the 7-day rotating shift. You will be allocated 5 shifts out of 7 per week and work 8 hours per day.
The shifts as an example will be:
8-4pm
9-5pm
10-6pm
11-7pm
12-8pm
1-9pm
