Inbound Customer Advisor
We are recruiting for one of the leading providers of insurance and legal services.
Be the first point of call for customers who have suffered a loss following an incident with their vehicle
Treat customers with empathy and understanding at all times
Capturing relevant information efficiently and accurately
Validating the customers policy and confirming their indemnity whilst providing excellent customer experience
Accurately assessing liability and offering customers of client supply chain for loses sustained as well as legal representation as required
Utilising effective questioning techniques and/or investigations
Experience required;
Call centre / telephone based contact centre
Outstanding communication skills
Strong written and oral skills
Good IT skills
Attention to detail
Hours: 37 hour week
Monday - Sunday 7am - 9pm
Shift rotation,
Lates: 1 week in 4
Weekends: 1 week in 3
Training period 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday for 4 - 6 weeks
£20,120
30 days holiday inc. of bank holidays or day in lieu where applicable
