Job description

​We are recruiting for Customer Service/Helpdesk Advisors to join a busy inbound team. The roles are due to start 20/11/23 with full training and support provided. We are looking for confident, outgoing candidates who have gained previous customer service experience within Retail/Hospitality or other customer service environments.

Full time roles, working 5 out of 7 days. Opening hours between 8am-6:15pm Monday-Saturday | 10am-6pm on Sundays. (Part Time hours is a potential option if the hours meet the business needs - please calll the office 0151 737 5564 to discuss)

Duties required:

  • Answering queries with regards to customer accounts, such as interest and plan expiry dates

  • Taking payments over the phone

  • Help customers set up direct debits over the phone

  • Carrying out required DPA

  • Dealing with a wide range of customers, complaints resolution as first point of call late payment fees or charges

  • Liaising with various departments, such as fraud, customer services and collections

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
