We are recruiting for Customer Service/Helpdesk Advisors to join a busy inbound team. The roles are due to start 20/11/23 with full training and support provided. We are looking for confident, outgoing candidates who have gained previous customer service experience within Retail/Hospitality or other customer service environments.
Full time roles, working 5 out of 7 days. Opening hours between 8am-6:15pm Monday-Saturday | 10am-6pm on Sundays. (Part Time hours is a potential option if the hours meet the business needs - please calll the office 0151 737 5564 to discuss)
Answering queries with regards to customer accounts, such as interest and plan expiry dates
Taking payments over the phone
Help customers set up direct debits over the phone
Carrying out required DPA
Dealing with a wide range of customers, complaints resolution as first point of call late payment fees or charges
Liaising with various departments, such as fraud, customer services and collections
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
