Recruit Right are recruiting on behalf of their Knowsley based client for enthusiastic, customer focused Inbound Call Centre Advisors.

Reporting to the Team Manager your key tasks will include:
Maintain standards and achieve targets for all KPI areas
Handle inbound customer telephone orders and enquiries
Up-sell where appropriate and exceed target wherever possible
Identify potential issues from customer feedback and highlight to Team Manager
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner when dealing with both internal and external customers along with the ability to consistently achieve and occasionally exceed all call handling/productivity and personal KPI's, they will also possess excellent keyboard skills.
Full Time Hours: 5 x 8-hour shift between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 8pm Saturday, 9am and 5pm Sunday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: £18,200-23,000 per year plus commission.
