Inbound Customer Services Representative supporting prestigious high street retailer. Full time and part time opportunities available (client will consider working from home after 4 weeks onsite training)
Temporary to Permanent opportunity
· As an Inbound Customer Services Representative, you will be working in a friendly, fun call centre environment
· Working for an internationally recognised company taking inbound calls
· Candidates should be willing to deliver exceptional customer service
· Responding to customers emails, calls and live chats
· Fully flexible working a 40 hour week, Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am - 9pm, working 5 days out of 7 (part time options available 24 hours a week +)
· Subject to DBS checks
