Recruit Right are recruiting on behalf of their Liverpool based client for an experienced Logistics Administrator as part of their Warehouse and Despatch Team.
This is a temporary position leading to a permanent position for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Logistics/Export administration within a manufacturing environment and duties will include:
Providing a point of contact between the operation and our customers
Administer and maintain the sales order processing system (Oracle), completing any paperwork associated with UK and International orders and communicate the status of urgent orders to the operations team
Provide support for projects and continuous improvement initiatives to support the Logistics Coordinator, the Warehouse and Despatch Manager
Please note: successful candidates will have to complete the Aviation Security clearance background checks as set out by the Civil Aviation Authority, which includes a Disclosure and Barring Service check and evidence of work/education positions dating back 5 years. Further checks may be required if there are gaps in work/education history or if the 5 years includes extended periods outside the UK.
