Our client is looking for permanent Inbound Call Centre Staff to join their team in Knowsley.
£9.65 per hour and great benefits, no cold calling, a great place to work and 30% discounts available on their catalogue items.
The successful candidate will:
Have an excellent phone manner
Be comfortable dealing with internal and external customers
Achieve call handling/productivity KPIs
Possess excellent computer and keyboard skills
Be flexible and willing to accommodate shifts within our clients’ opening hours
You will be employed on a 16-hour contract two 4 hour set shifts and one 8-hour shift can be between 8am-8pm
Shift Example:
2x 4pm-8pm
1x 9am-5pm
