Recruit Right are recruiting on behalf of their Liverpool based client for an ambitious and detail orientated Sales Order Processor.

 

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.

 

Rate of pay: £9.50 per hour

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday

  • Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30

  • Friday: 07:30 – 13:00

 

As a Sales Order Processor, duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Accurately determining customer order requirements and entering these onto the site ERP system

  • Highlighting discrepancies and alterations to customer orders when required

  • Communicating with external customers on queries, new product information is shared ensuring the correct information is given to both customers and production

  • Liaising internally with team members regarding orders and their status; whilst also working with the quality team, resolving queries in a timely manner

  •  

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Customer Service or Sales Administration role.

 

Suitable candidates will have/be able to demonstrate:

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work on your own initiative

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.

  • Proficiency to quickly acquire knowledge of processes supported within the department with a strong ability to focus on accuracy.

  • The ability to undertake training / further learning as required.

  • The capability to work closely with others is imperative, requiring team participation to achieve agreed objectives.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisation skills.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft packages.

The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions / procedures.
