Recruit Right are recruiting on behalf of their Liverpool based client for an ambitious and detail orientated Sales Order Processor.
This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.
Rate of pay: £9.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
Friday: 07:30 – 13:00
As a Sales Order Processor, duties will include but are not limited to:
Accurately determining customer order requirements and entering these onto the site ERP system
Highlighting discrepancies and alterations to customer orders when required
Communicating with external customers on queries, new product information is shared ensuring the correct information is given to both customers and production
Liaising internally with team members regarding orders and their status; whilst also working with the quality team, resolving queries in a timely manner
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Customer Service or Sales Administration role.

Proficiency to quickly acquire knowledge of processes supported within the department with a strong ability to focus on accuracy.

Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions / procedures.
