I've dedicated the majority of my professional life to the field of recruitment, starting my journey in my early 20s. My passion for industrial recruitment has deepened over the years, beginning as an Onsite Account Manager and gradually climbing the ladder.

The West Yorkshire market has been my home ground throughout my career. Beginning in industrial on-site account management at major food factories presented its challenges, with 24/7 availability demands. Despite the toughness, this experience has enriched my recruitment knowledge and life lessons, propelling me to my current role as Head of Industrial. Today, I oversee several operations and branches, leading teams of consultants and managers.

I have worked with renowned and big brands, supplying their temporary workforce through huge peaks and low points.  Recruitment taught me to anticipate dramatic spikes on short notice, especially during peak seasons. Being available round-the-clock during these critical periods, I streamline operations, facilitate planning and forecast meetings, drawing from my extensive 22-year tenure in the field.

My commitment to excellence has earned me long-standing client relationships since day one. Referrals and client loyalty fuel my business growth, showcasing the trust and satisfaction they've experienced through our staffing support.

Volume recruitment and working under pressure will always be what I love, and reaping the results and seeing the effective operation my clients are experiencing due to our support with staffing continues to be my greatest reward.
