This role is a grown up Sales Account Manager role, an autonomous role where you are given the autonomy to be in charge of your own business and opportunities. With the right attitude and out put the results will come in.
Key Responsibilities
Working off a CRM System going through diarised calls and going through pipeline
Make quality calls to customers to gain bookings for allocated account diaries in order to meet KPI’s
Discuss Pricing – Prices range from £25 then Raise orders for customer to complete using CRM
On receipt of completed documents, make bookings and use the agreed confirmation method for your account
Diarise follow up calls to evaluate venue and customer booking experience and co-ordinate feedback
Accurately record all Sales activity on CRM and data cleanse ongoing
Explore CRM to obtain existing/lapsed customer booking information and use to generate leads
Process booking amendments and cancellations timely as per account contract terms
Work with Marketing to create and deliver solutions to generate/promote sales
Involvement in the creation of sales pitches for new accounts
EXPERIENCE
Sales Experience – This could be over the phone or face to face.
Motivation and ability to work independently.
Building rapport and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent Negotiating and closing skills.
Drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Microsoft and CRM experience
This is a 9 – 5pm Role however if flexibility is required this is not a problem and the client is flexible with early finishes late starts etc if you are working round a family/other commitment.
