Our client is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work on a temporary project to start on Monday 11th, Tuesday 12th or Wednesday 13th September - remote position working from home using your own device
Inbound calls
Giving guidance to customers
Booking appointments
Updating customers details
Subject to passing a DBS check
A successful Customer Service Advisors will ideally have:
Excellent customer service
A friendly approach
Experience in dealing with a high volume of calls from a varied customer group
Good IT/keyboards skills
A good record of punctuality
Resilience and good work ethic
In order to perform the role, you will need own IT equipment and good home Wi-Fi (requires laptop or desktop with a working microphone and camera)
Windows 10 (21H1) or above
CPU Gen5 2.4GHz or above
4GB of RAM (preferably 8GB)
Browser with HTML5 support (e.g. Google Chrome or Firefox)
Antivirus program installed and kept up to date
No screen recording software should be installed on the PC
Proof of full virus scans periodically will be requested
Bandwidth 10-15Mbps preferred

Pay rate: £10.90 per hour
35 Hours: Working 5 days, Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm
Candidates must be able to work any days between the opening hours.
Ongoing temporary position, no end date
OPERATING SYSTEM: Minimum 8gb memory, USB 3 or USB A port for headset.
NOTE: If using a windows PC/Laptop that only has USB C ports, you will have to use a USB C headset. NO ADAPTORS CAN BE USED i.e USB 3/A to USB C.
