Job description

We are recruiting for Customer Service/Helpdesk Advisors to join a busy inbound team.

We are looking for confident, outgoing candidates who have gained previous customer service experience within Retail/Hospitality or other customer service environments.

Full time roles, working 40 hours, 5 days out of 7

Opening hours between 8am - 18:15pm Monday-Saturday | 10am - 18:00pm on Sundays.

Duties required:

  • Answering queries with regards to customer accounts, such as interest and plan expiry dates

  • Taking payments over the phone

  • Help customers set up direct debits/payment plans over the phone

  • Carrying out required DPA

  • Dealing with a wide range of customers, complaints resolution as first point of call late payment fees or charges

  • Liaising with various departments, such as fraud, customer services and collections

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates must pass a DBS and Credit check before starting
