Inbound Customer Support Advisor
Our client is seeking Inbound Customer Service Advisor's to join a busy outsourced customer service team. You will be responsible for handling all calls relation to mobile services and broadband. You will be expected to take enquiries as regards to billing on accounts, technical support with handsets, upgrades of tariffs, taking payments from customers, reinstating accounts and logging all calls in full detail on the system.
Job Purpose
Answer calls both incoming and making outbound calls when required
Handle customer enquiries
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Account administration on contracts
Identify and rectify faults
Taking payments
Resolving billing issues
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner via different methods
Excellent listening and questioning skills
Excellent conflict management skills and objection handling techniques
Confident personality and skill in striking rapport with the customer
Basic level of keyboard competence and computer literacy
Enjoy working within pressurised, target driven team
Self-motivated with an aptitude for maintaining enthusiasm and focus within a routine environment.
£10.42 per hour
Opening hours are Monday – Sunday, 8am-8pm
Full time roles 40 hours per week with the benefit of weekly (weekly holiday accrual)
On-site training & support provided
These roles are temp to perm for the right candidates following initial 12 week period.
