​A new initiative has put Recruit Right further on the road to achieving its ambitious target growth plans. 

The company is currently expanding its Driving Division which was originally set up to support clients using agency drivers on Merseyside.

Now Recruit Right is gearing up to provide quality drivers across all its industrial and commercial sectors across the North West, North Wales, Yorkshire and the Midlands.

Director Helen Cornah said: “Our operation in this field on Merseyside has been such a success that we are starting to expand further afield.

“This new development adds to our progressive growth plan which has been showing amazing results. Year-on-year turnover has increased by more than 50 per cent since our business start-up almost five years ago and this year we have seen a record-breaking figure of placing temporary workers in employment.

“The Driving Division expansion is another ambitious and exciting programme for us which can only strengthen our position in industrial and commercial recruitment.”

Heading up the operation is Arron Thompson who, as Driving Division manager, will be using his many years' experience working with national “blue chip” clients and local haulage firms to match highly skilled drivers to clients.

He said: “Specialising in refrigeration, waste management, container and general haulage, we are now not only providing LGV CE, LGV C and 7.5-tonne drivers across the North of England and Midlands but also have the capacity for on site driving services.

“Our drivers have skills in general haulage, refrigeration, container, HIAB, ADR, tankers, trampers and shunters.

“Supplying the best possible candidates to our clients is enabling us to grow the division to contribute to the Recruit Right success story.”
