Recruit Right’s first anniversary celebrations for successful Blackburn operation

Client base expansion coupled with growth in both temporary and permanent placements is being celebrated by Recruit Right at its Lancashire centre.

The addition to its portfolio a year ago of Blackburn-based LTC Recruitment is showing signs of strengthening the business' position as a market leader in the region's industrial and commercial sectors.

Recruit Right director Helen Cornah said: “At the time of the acquisition, LTC had already been operating as a well respected, independently owned and managed recruitment business for 16 years.

“As predicted, with the support and expertise of the Recruit Right team, we are now seeing growth of our client base within the industrial sector and both temporary and permanent placements are going upward too.

“More opportunities have also been opened up for our clients and candidates in the North West, particularly in food manufacturing now that LTC is part of our group of companies operating with a Gangmasters' Licence.

“Especially gratifying for us is that LTC staff have continued to work out of the Blackburn office where, with their specialist knowledge of clients' industries in manufacturing and production as well as warehousing and logistics, are providing the same efficient and effective service that they have always done.”

Gemma Holden, manager at the Blackburn branch in High Street, Rishton, added: “A year on from joining the Recruit Right operation, we are delighted to be experiencing this growth for the business and take pride in supporting all LTC’s clients to an extremely high level, making sure they are happy with our services.

“Being part of a larger group – and part of a friendly team that’s become like family to us here in Blackburn – also means we now have access to the many training schemes used by Recruit Right to support their staff.”
