​Donation calls from clients contributed to the massive £64m-plus figure raised by the charity this year to support vulnerable people throughout the world.

Recruit Right director Helen Cornah said: “Everyone had a great time, working as a team to bring in as much money as we could for this worthy cause.

“To enter into the spirit of the event, The Contact Company turned their Birkenhead headquarters into an amazing fun environment and we received some generous donations – so we’re really grateful to everyone for their contributions.

“We’re still totting up the final amount raised which will go towards helping Comic Relief’s vital projects throughout the world.”
