ISO 9001 standard shows Recruit Right puts its customers first

​The company was awarded the certification following a rigorous independent external audit during which it had to demonstrate how it operates an effective quality management system.

The ISO 9001 standard was introduced to show that organisations not only claim they offer a quality service but also actually deliver it.

Assessment is carried out once a year to ensure the business demonstrates continual improvement as well as ongoing compliance to the standard.

Recruit Right director Helen Cornah said: “Our quality management system is focused on consistently meeting our customers’ requirements and making sure they are satisfied.

“However, gaining the ISO 9001 standard actually proves that the services we offer are of consistently good quality as well as helping us to streamline these services and make us more efficient.

“As a quality-conscious operation, we are now able to show – via this independent accreditation – that we really mean what we say about the high quality services we offer to our employer clients and those seeking jobs and that we are leading the way among recruitment agencies.

“We are delighted that our continued hard work to put our customers first has been recognised with achieving the ISO 9001 standard which gives us further proof that we will always strive to deliver the best.
