Established in 2012, Recruit Right are this month celebrating their 10th Anniversary.
Starting with Helen Cornah and an apprentice in Riverside Park, Bromborough, the business has now significantly grown to having their HQ in Argyle Street, Birkenhead. Due to the continued growth of the business going from Strength to Strength, Recruit Right has a network of 4 other branches situated in Liverpool, Leeds, Blackburn and Manchester.
Helen firmly believes in developing her team to their full potential. Staff development and retention is key to the business success. Apprentices that have started with Recruit Right have progressed into more senior roles within the business such as Head of Admin across the business, experienced Resourcers, trainee Recruitment Consultant and Branch Manager. Helen is incredibly proud of her teams’ achievements.
The business specialises in recruitment across various sectors including industrial, pharmaceutical, call centre, FMCG, driving and all commercial roles from junior to senior management appointments both on a temporary and permanent basis.
Recruit Right recognise clients need to have a flexible workforce and this has never been more prevalent than during the last 2 years where many of our clients use our services as an extension of their HR Department.
They pride themselves on getting to know their clients and the needs of their business to enable for them to work hand in hand. This approach helps Recruit Right to be proactive rather than reactive and able to adapt quickly when clients need to uplift their staff significantly.
Helen firmly believes recruitment should be quality and compliant controlled and professionally run. Recruit Right successfully attained ISO 9001:2015 and have been members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the Association of Labour Providers and a member of the Gangmaster and Labour Abuse Authority since it opened its doors in 2012.
Government legislation, the pandemic and Brexit have all had an impact on recruitment. At Recruit Right, Helen ensures each member of the team are abreast of any changes, not only inhouse but to support their clients through these changes.
As their reputation has grown over the years, so has their client base. Recruit Right have utilised the Chamber membership to connect with many new clients and are already supporting a wide range of members with their recruitment needs.
