Recruit Right are recruiting on behalf of their Wavertree bases client for Call Centre Operatives to work on a busy legal helpline.
This is a permanent position.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Rate of pay: £8.91 per hour, increasing to £9 per hour after satisfactory completion of training period (4 weeks).
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers, and duties will include:

Case Updates
Managing customer expectations
Able to demonstrate a confident and concise manner dealing with customer queries
Be confident in dealing with customer complaints and at times challenging customers
Whilst previous experience is advantageous, it is not necessary for this role. You must be able to demonstrate a good telephone manner and be confident dealing with and managing customer expectations. You must be able to use a PC.
