Inbound Customer Service / Technical Support role working within a large, outsourced contact centre based in Birkenhead. Full time roles available to start immediately working 40 hours per week (weekly pay).
Opening hours are Monday - Sunday 8am - 8pm
Full training & support provided
· You will be representing one of the UK's largest mobile and broadband suppliers
· As a Customer Service/Technical Support will be responsible for inbound customer enquires, relating to network issues/coverage, SIM problems etc
· Handling and resolving customer complaints
· You will be speaking with a vast number of customers on a daily basis
· Listening to customers needs and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
· You will assist customers via inbound calls/live chat and emails
· Strong IT/computer literacy is essential
This is a long term temporary position with the potential for permanent contracts based on performance
