Our client is currently seeking Inbound Customer Service / Technical Support staff to work within large, outsourced contact centre based in Birkenhead. Full time roles available to start immediately working 40 hours per week (weekly pay).
Opening hours are Monday - Sunday 8am - 8pm.
Full training & support provided.
· You will be representing one of the UK's largest mobile and broadband suppliers
· As a Customer Service/Technical Support will be responsible for inbound customer enquires, relating to network issues/coverage, SIM problems etc
· Handling and resolving customer complaints
· You will be speaking with a vast number of customers on a daily basis
· Listening to customers needs and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
· You will assist customers via inbound calls/live chat and emails
· Strong IT/computer literacy is essential
This is a long term temporary position with the potential for permanent contracts based on performance.
