· As a Financial Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a friendly call centre environment for a successful online/high street retailer providing financial services support
· Candidates should be ready to deliver exceptional customer service on every call
· Handling a variety of customer payments, credit account, opening & closing accounts, updating accounts, processing payments, liaising with other departments and all other general associated administration
· Candidates to be ready to take on a great deal of information orientated around financial customer services
· Candidates will need to pass a credit check due the nature of the role
· Full flexibility working a 40 hour week, across Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm and Saturday & Sunday 10am - 6pm, (working 5 day out of 7)
