Recruit Right are recruiting a Permanent HR Advisor for their Wirral based client.The ideal candidate will ideally be at least Level 3 CIPD qualified.
You will need a good knowledge of employment law and be experienced in dealing with managing a high employee caseload
You will have the ability to demonstrate confidentially and sensitivity in dealing with all issues of business
The need for excellent attention to detail with the ability to organise and maintain workloads in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure is a must
You will have experience of working with and advising line managers
You will be a confident communicator both written and verbal with a personable and professional manner and the ability to interact at all levels
You will have the experience of dealing with absence management and referral to long term sick cases and you will have experience of dealing with long term sick cases, making GP and Occupational health referrals. Ideally also having experience with dealing with high volumes of Employment Relations cases
You will have experience of dealing with governing bodies such as ACAS
