Recruit Right are recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for our Client based on the Wirral. The successful candidate will work Thursday to Sunday inclusive. Hours are likley to be 11.30am until 00.30. Our client runs a bespoke guest house. You will be efficient in Restaurant Management and will work closely with the Management team and Head Chef. There will be event functions throughout the guest house and grounds. The Restaurant Manager will deal with staff / recruitment and customer liaison ensuring that customers’ expectations are exceeded.
