We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client for a Wills and Probate Solicitor to join their successful Private Client department.
You will be a qualified Solicitor with ideally 3 years’ PQE experience in handling Wills and Probate.
Your caseload will be varied with high value and some quite complex cases.
You will be dealing with each case from inception through to completion, so it is essential that you are confident working independently and efficiently.
Experience with contested probate would be advantageous.
